Lets just start with one of the biggest pains in the ass. With the misinformation, mistreatment and misdiagnosis of a woman's period the hormone changes they cause are impossible to deal with.
It seems to be a matter of education. Doctors and scientist haven't been funded enough to do the proper research to make a period not hell. Woman's bodies are so unique from one to the next that more information needs to be collected and of coarse more research done.
Not to mention how dumb men can be while there significant other is on their period.
